Dalwood (UK) - Brut 2019
Blend of 80% Seyval Blanc and 20% Pinot Noir with 9g dosage. In the glass, plentiful streams of fine bubbles lift appealing aromas of sweet red apple and pear, with fresh citrus and light floral notes. For a young first release, the wine has a surprisingly rounded palate that ticks all the boxes to produce a crowd-pleasing result. Crisp apples, pear and light citrus flavours up front, with a ripe and fruity mid taste that is almost slightly off-dry in style.
