We have Lyme Bay Fish Shack run by Corinne, Nigel and Pete. Nigel fishes sustainably in Lyme Bay and catches pollack, bass, gurnard, crabs and lobsters.
Pete is the man in the Shack, he will serve and prep your fish how you want it, he is also good for advice on cooking fish.
Flat fish such as Dover sole, plaice, brill, lemon sole is available. It is all rod and line caught or caught using static gear. Hand dived scallops from West Bay, Dorset are also available. The guys work with other local fishermen along the south coast in order to source and supply a good range of quality fish and shellfish.
Nigel and Corinne's aim is to supply the best quality fish at the best prices ; in most cases the fish comes directly from the boat to the Fish Shack and direct to you as the customer.
